Morales & Wilson are the best!! Got me in a box truck within mins of me arriving to the office! Trucks are in brand new condition and rates are super affordable!!! If you plan on moving or need a rental truck, highly recommend to come here!!!

I've used this company twice. I love this car rental service because it is hard to rent a vehicle without a credit card, but Empire only requires a refundable deposit! Miriam provided very friendly customer service as well.

I want to thank Gloria, for going beyond the call of customer service. I made reservations with Budget for a truck rental. Budget never took the truck to the pick up location. When we called Budget there was no resolution. I happened to google truck rental and Empire rental - truck came up with Penske trucks availability for same day pickup. Gloria was fast and offered allot of valuable information and great pricing. Despite moving from the area I highly recommend her business and they also cater to customer who need car rentals which we will certainly take advantage of in the near future.

I had a great experience! The workers at the LIC location the day before Thanksgiving were cheery and kind, despite the chaos. One of them even was supposed to have had the day off and was still upbeat and happy to help. It was really nice. The car was clean and sufficient - nothing fancy, but good rates a solid little car that could get me to and from Massachusetts was all I needed. They were also super helpful when I couldn't get my car back on time - the owners actually answered the phone and helped me out. Will definitely rent from them again!

Spoken to Lisa yesterday and I couldn't believe how cheap the prices were especially for the 10-passenger Sprinter with the (4) Captain chairs. I used to be a loyal customer to another sprinter rental business until they changed their policy (that now you had to rent their sprinters for a minimum of 3 days for the summer.....they just lost a customer and Empire Rent A Car just gained a new loyal one).

My experience with Wilson has been fantastic. He listened to our needs, proposed solutions that were perfect for us, maintained open communication, and shared all relevant information. I would definitely rent again with him and would highly recommend Empire.

We rented an 8 passenger van from the floral park location. They were extremely helpful and reasonable. They made us feel calm and confident in our abilities to drive the van, their assistance and the whole “feeling “ of the rental. They gave us the the peace of mind to start enjoying our weekend with friends from the moment we drove away! Thanks!

This place is the tops. In spite of my late reservation, Empire Rent a Car had just the vehicle I needed. The service was prompt and professional, and the van was in top condition -- I didn't want to give it back! The price I paid at Empire was significantly less than what I would have paid to the competition for a lesser experience, and so there is little debate as to which car/truck/van rental service in northern Queens has the most to offer. Five stars.

I really enjoyed my first experience renting from Empire located in the Bronx 1667 Gun Hill Road... Ray the manager had a great personality, funny but straight forward. He really goes up and beyond to make sure your satisfied. Staff was also friendly and very professional.. I would recommend this place to rent from if you want to be in and out in a timely manner. Have a clean fresh stylish vehicle to sport with great pricing. Once again I had an excellent experience...
