Honest Employees, Great Rental

Great Out-of-the-Country Experience

We were coming to the US on business and had some complications with paying with one’s person credit card…no default services like Hertz even wanted to deal with us. Then we had to drive to RI from NY, which is a stretch for most local rentals…Empire Rent A Car satisfied us entirely, were quick to respond to a multitude of questions we had and didn’t waste any of our time. Excellent People

Great Experience

We rented a small truck today and had great experience at the Brooklyn location. Beverly was extremely nice helpful and professional and got us the truck in no time. The service technician was very nice too and even gave us recommendations with directions. Altogether very pleased with the transaction, great deal on the price, straightforward, no hassle! Wonderful Customer Service

I needed a rental do to my tires & rims getting stolen the day after x-mas and no rentals were available anywhere.
