We rented an 8 passenger van from the floral park location. They were extremely helpful and reasonable. They made us feel calm and confident in our abilities to drive the van, their assistance and the whole “feeling “ of the rental. They gave us the the peace of mind to start enjoying our weekend with friends from the moment we drove away! Thanks!

As always, Ray delivers the best in customer service. Not only does he keep his word, he goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer is happy. You can rest assured that what he promises you on the phone is what you will get, and more. My church and I have been renting passenger vans from Empire Rent A Car for years and years, and we have always, always been more than happy with the service,the quality of the vehicles, and the whole experience. Eugene also delivers fantastic service. He will get the vehicle looking like new. We went to an event where there were dozens of other passenger vans and ours was getting all the attention. It was looking that good! Eugene is just an awesome individual. If I could rate Empire with more than 5 stars, I would. We are looking forward to our next rental.

Place is amazing, spoke with Craig when I got there he made it very simple and extremely stress free. They have Great trucks for rent they are new and run smooth with no problems. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a truck at a great price. I will be back to rent in the future.

This is my second time renting a car from them. Gloria is wonderful! The first time I rented from them, I rented a large van for a group and the second time I needed a quick rental for the weekend. Both times Gloria assisted me and I received excellent customer service from her! This is definitely my go to rental spot.

Excellent Experience. We rented a 12 passenger Mercedes Sprinter and had a last minute request change the pickup location. Van was ready at requested pick up time and new location. The diesel engine got an amazing 24 MPG saving us a TON of money as we drove from NYC to Vermont and back again.

Also had the privilege of meeting Ian, the Manager and he added to the positive experience... Their customer service was excellent and I can not think of a single complaint.

Will definitely use Empire on our next trip to the Big Apple.

I had a very pleasant experience with renting a car from Ray. He is a very dedicated and takes pride in what he does which is making sure his clients are 100% satisfied. He even had time to answer my questions about NYC because I do not live in New York. I will recommend him a thousand times over.

My church rented a luxury 15-passenger high top van last week from the Brooklyn location and the entire experience was with top notch professional customer service! Debbie was pleasant and very informative when explaining the $200 deposit hold and the additional $200 charged in case of tolls and speed/red light camera violations. The security deposit is returned upon return of the vehicle if there are no damages. The toll/camera $200 charge will be held for 30 days to allow time for any charges to appear. Credits will then go in effect if no tolls / violations occurred. Special thanks also goes to George, who was very helpful when I returned the van. It is such a pleasure dealing with exceptional customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this company and this convenient location near the Pennsylvania Ave Belt Parkway exit.

Wilson was great to work with. The guys are all nice and helpful. The first time I rented there was a billing error that they immediately fixed. I really appreciated them taking accountability and resolving the issue quickly. When I had to move again, I came back and had a great experience. Really recommend these guys, honest business that treats their customers well.
