Rented this vehicle for my daughter’s birthday party. Awesome customer service and very friendly at the College Point location on 131st street in Queens. Clean and efficient. Everything went smooth. This will be my only go to rental company for all my vehicles. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

This will be the only place I rent a car from! The car was beautiful inside and out! I got the car I wanted all for a great price! Everything was explained to me before I left out with the car, not one problem when I brang it back! I must say there is no better customer service anywhere!!! I'm definitely a happy customer!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Gloria and James both made sure to explain the entire process from the moment I walked in. Never heard of this place and is true what they say the best business are always hidden. This place is definitely a hidden Gem. Customer service was awesome!! And the 15 passengers van was very clean and a super smooth drive!!! Will definitely spread the word and come back for another rental soon.. From onset (confirmation phone call with Ms. Beverly) then to picking up the rental with Ms Gloria and Mr. Patrick … this team is simply outstanding and the rental was seamless.

I rented a 15 passenger sprinter, the price was affordable, van washed and cleaned and overall service A++.

I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. They not only made my mothers Day weekend a breeze in celebrating my 1st born on her birthday but provided for a headache Free rental process - from start to finish.

Spoken to Lisa yesterday and I couldn't believe how cheap the prices were especially for the 10-passenger Sprinter with the (4) Captain chairs. I used to be a loyal customer to another sprinter rental business until they changed their policy (that now you had to rent their sprinters for a minimum of 3 days for the summer.....they just lost a customer and Empire Rent A Car just gained a new loyal one).

We rented 16ft Penske box truck from here. The online booking process was easy and straightforward. Debby the associate that assisted us on-site was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We rented an 8 passenger van from the floral park location. They were extremely helpful and reasonable. They made us feel calm and confident in our abilities to drive the van, their assistance and the whole “feeling “ of the rental. They gave us the the peace of mind to start enjoying our weekend with friends from the moment we drove away! Thanks!

I really enjoyed my first experience renting from Empire located in the Bronx 1667 Gun Hill Road... Ray the manager had a great personality, funny but straight forward. He really goes up and beyond to make sure your satisfied. Staff was also friendly and very professional.. I would recommend this place to rent from if you want to be in and out in a timely manner. I rented a car from this company last week and the experience was wonderful. As a small business owner and as someone who grew up in a family business, I understand that "bigger" does not necessarily mean "better". In their case, this statement certainly rings true. Because they are somewhat smaller and family owned, they treated me like an actual person as the customer service was probably the greatest I've ever received, especially in the car industry. Also, I put a deposit down on the vehicle before renting. The representative quoted me 1000 free miles, but listed 500 on the contract. It was indeed suppose to only be 500, but because she accidentally said 1000, they reimbursed me the correct amount without even blinking an eye. This company not only offers top notch customer service, they're also honest. With that said, all consumers should definitely be doing business with Empire Rent A Car. I'm from Long Island and would travel the extra miles now the next time I need a rental or the next time I'm going to purchase a vehicle because of the way I was treated and because they are trust worthy.
