At Empire Rent A Car, we are continuing to monitor the rapidly evolving impact of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 in our towns, cities and communities in which we live and service.
The health and safety of each of our customers, employees and their families is our top priority. In order to slow down the spread of the virus, we are taking the following actions:
Vehicles. We have enhanced our already robust cleaning techniques of our vehicles after each rental. We are paying special attention to interior customer touchpoints such as seats, steering wheels, door handles and other hard surfaces.
Curbside Delivery. With curbside delivery, we come to you! In this time of need, we’ll deliver your rental to your home or office.
Facilities. We are also cleaning our facilities frequently with recommended sanitizing products with special attention to entrance doors, office door handles, and customer waiting areas.
Employee Health. In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing & reducing the number of staff members at each location.
Existing Bookings. If you have an existing booking, we look forward to seeing you and want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to promote a safe and secure rental experience for you. If you have a prepaid reservation and need to cancel, we will apply your amount towards a future rental.
