If you’re looking for a fun experience in New York, rent a car from Empire Rent a Car and head to Long Island for this year’s fifth annual Montauk Music Festival™.
This event brings the beaches, bars, and boardwalks of Montauk to life every spring. Make reservations today; you won’t want to miss it.
The Artists and Venues in Long Island
Over 100 independent artists perform over four days at the festival, and there’s something for everyone. From twangy bluegrass folk songs to the pulsating beat of hip-hop, you’ll find a band from virtually every genre. Want to know the best part? It’s completely free! Below are just a few of the artists who will be performing this year:
The bands play all over Long Island in Montauk at restaurants, inns, an outdoor stage, and dozens of other venues. Having a rental car or a van rental makes it easy to follow your favorite bands around town. Simply view the Montauk Music Festival schedule to see who will be playing at each venue.
The Logistics
The festival begins May 15 and ends May 18. Everything is free — except for the opening night party at Gurney’s Inn on Thursday, May 15. This event includes an open bar and hors d’oeuvres, but patrons must purchase tickets in advance.
