Stepping into her new role here at Empire Rent A Car, Sharon Chen brings with her a multi-lingual background. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Chen adds more experience and customer service capabilities to the Empire Rent A Car staff. Joining a company dedicated to diversity and equity was important to Chen, and we're excited to add a bilingual individual to our team. Not only does this allow us to better serve our current clients, but it also allows us to better serve our future clients, too.
With a personal motto of "Do what you love, love what you do", Chen exudes passion in all she does. Her passion paired with her extensive background and lengths of tenure made her a clear choice as a Corporate Account Executive. Not only does she bring 20 years of experience in imports and exports, but she also has 15 years of experience in sales and customer service. Topping it all off, Chen has 10 years of international logistics experience, giving us the confidence she can handle any of our corporate rental logistics.
