I've used this company twice. I love this car rental service because it is hard to rent a vehicle without a credit card, but Empire only requires a refundable deposit! Miriam provided very friendly customer service as well.

We were supposed to have a trailer from U-Haul in July that we requested for in May but they called us a day before we were supposed to leave to tell us that trailer was no longer available. so with a little bit of searching we found this place with the trailer was three times bigger than the one we were going to get from U-Haul and it was perfect.

We rented 16ft Penske box truck from here. The online booking process was easy and straightforward. Debby the associate that assisted us on-site was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

My church rented a luxury 15-passenger high top van last week from the Brooklyn location and the entire experience was with top notch professional customer service! Debbie was pleasant and very informative when explaining the $200 deposit hold and the additional $200 charged in case of tolls and speed/red light camera violations. The security deposit is returned upon return of the vehicle if there are no damages. The toll/camera $200 charge will be held for 30 days to allow time for any charges to appear. Credits will then go in effect if no tolls / violations occurred. Special thanks also goes to George, who was very helpful when I returned the van. It is such a pleasure dealing with exceptional customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this company and this convenient location near the Pennsylvania Ave Belt Parkway exit.

Rented this vehicle for my daughter’s birthday party. Awesome customer service and very friendly at the College Point location on 131st street in Queens. Clean and efficient. Everything went smooth. This will be my only go to rental company for all my vehicles. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Excellent Experience. We rented a 12 passenger Mercedes Sprinter and had a last minute request change the pickup location. Van was ready at requested pick up time and new location. The diesel engine got an amazing 24 MPG saving us a TON of money as we drove from NYC to Vermont and back again.

Also had the privilege of meeting Ian, the Manager and he added to the positive experience... Their customer service was excellent and I can not think of a single complaint.

Will definitely use Empire on our next trip to the Big Apple.

I rented a 15 passenger sprinter, the price was affordable, van washed and cleaned and overall service A++.
