About Us

The Rental Company of New York has been a family run business since 1970. It started out on a gas station lot with several vehicles, and has grown to 8 conveniently located locations throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and Bronx, New York with over 200 cars, vans, trucks, and trailers.

After seeing the growth potential, we moved to our main location at 189-03 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, New York 11358 soon after we opened in 1970. As time went on and the demand was there for rentals, we expanded to having satellite locations around the city.

With the growth of our company, not only did we have to increase our rental fleet, but we also had to expand our employee base. At the present time, we have over 35 employees answering phones, taking reservations, cleaning vehicles, servicing vehicles, and helping customers on a personal basis when they arrive at our establishment.
